INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPIST
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will uncover long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I will work with you to help attain the personal growth you're striving for.
Therapists can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, unresolved childhood issues, grief, stress management, body image issues and creative blocks. I believe counseling can assist in personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, marriage issues, and interruptions of daily life.

My ideal clients are people who are interested in working on themselves and value personal growth; who share a passion for removing the blocks to intimate connections with themselves and others. I like working with people who have a hard time yielding into connection—who are often excellent givers but have a more difficult time receiving. I enjoy working with individuals who are successful, powerful, or workaholics who struggle with intimacy and connection and who have found external solutions such as achievement, sex, alcohol, exercise, etc. to be lacking in providing a sense of ease, meaning and comfort to their lives.
As a body-centered psychotherapist I aim to take the whole person into account--mind, body, and spirit, and integrate the newest neurobiological research in these areas. I have training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR to address post-traumatic stress, relational wounds, anger issues, and substance use.
I'm very interested in how to balance the safety and risk necessary for growth. Without safety, we don't want to try something new, and without trying something new, nothing changes. Some people need more help with one or the other, and that's our work in therapy.

SARAH WOLF, LPC
INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST

I work with individuals to help develop value driven, meaningful lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I help people identify and remove obstacles in their lives and provide them with tools to thrive, not just survive, in life.
My therapeutic approach is founded on exploring what brings meaning and purpose to our lives and breaking out of the bondage of our self-destructive thoughts and stories. I desire to use a holistic approach, incorporating the exploration of how the mind, body, and spirit are connected. I use mindfulness based practices and use the therapeutic model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a balanced, value driven life.
I feel called to help individuals find freedom, healing, and identify the valued life they desire. Walking with people and witnessing their growth is a true honor. I desire that each individual be truly seen for who they are and work on not being defined by old stories. I desire to work with clients to help guide them in self exploration and connect to a valued life.
More About Sarah
I was born and raised in Nebraska, but moved to Colorado 6 years ago. I was drawn to this beautiful state due to my passion for connecting to my value of nature and being active. In my free time you will find me paddle boarding, running, hiking, biking and doing any activity outdoors. I strongly believe that the mind, body and spirit are strongly connected and that we need to connect to each of these aspects to help us live meaningful and balanced lives.
I am an active member in my faith community and enjoy spending time in service to friends and family. I whole heartedly believe that as a therapist I must practice what I preach and work towards living a value driven life. I am passionate about continued self exploration and this is what has influenced me in my career choice. As I continue to explore the intricate aspects of life, it never ceases to amaze me how as I continue to grow it allows me to show up, be seen and live fully.
I have an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I am an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and would be honored to work with you in reaching your goals.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST

SEAN HALL, LPCC
INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST
There are times in our life when we struggle. When we feel overwhelmed and
underheard. Times when we need the freedom to explore our unspoken parts,
and to tell our stories without feeling judged. To be heard. Times when we
need someone to stand with us, to help hold the weight and keep us steady
while we walk through the darkness.
You have taken a large step in searching for help. Let’s use that momentum to
push into the unknown. I am ready and able to help you hold the weight
through your darkness. I am open and willing to listen, hear who you are,
where you want to be, and to work together towards growth.
I was born and raised in Colorado. Before receiving my master’s degree in
counseling from Regis University I worked in the business world for 20 years
and understand the demand that work can have on an individual. In my free
time I enjoy spending time with my family, and our dog. I am an avid reader,
gamer, and love spending time outdoors on a patio or a hike. I am a Licensed
Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado. I work with adults and
teenagers both in-person and through telehealth.

There are many who are ready to celebrate in our victories and joys, but we can often feel alone
in the situations where we most need support – depression, grief, and pain. There is something
powerful and human about having someone wade into the mire of life with you, joining you to
discover yourself in a new way. I believe that being authentically with someone in this space
creates a glimmer of hope and the possibility for change. To that end, I offer a therapy
relationship where you can be truly seen, known, and heard in your many victories as well as
your struggles.
The people who enter my office are generally those interested in pursuing personal growth and
willing to do the inner work that is necessary to affect lasting positive change in their lives. As a
body-based psychotherapist, I work holistically with clients, attentive to the rich interplay of
body, mind, and spirit. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy but also enjoy incorporating
art therapy and play therapy into my work when appropriate. There is no one-size-fits-all
approach to therapy, and I will work with you to find the most effective ways for us to connect.
I specialize in working with women and adolescents who have experienced trauma and relational
wounds, suffer from anxiety or depression, struggle with their identity in the world, or feel
emotionally disconnected from themselves and others. I also enjoy doing play therapy with
children (ages 6+) working out grief, loss, confusion, anger, and low self-esteem.
Vulnerability is a risk, and entering therapy can be incredibly challenging. Whatever brought you
here, I respect your courage to seek change and forward movement, despite fear and uncertainty.
I hope to have the opportunity to walk with you in your journey towards recovery, hope, and
healing.
EMMA MAHN, LCSW, LAC
INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST
One of the most universal human needs is the desire to feel understood and valued. When we don’t feel understood, we become disconnected from our friends, family, and even ourselves. While suffering is part of the human condition, suffering in silence often leads to difficulties with our loved ones, and personal growth, complicated relationships with food, alcohol/drugs, and our own bodies. My hope in our work together is that your healing empowers you to create a life that is authentically aligned with your values.
I enjoy working with people who may feel stuck, but are willing and motivated to look inward and explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors that impact their self-esteem and relationships. I also love working with individuals in the LGBTQ community who are at various stages of understanding their identity. My primary background and passion is in serving adults working through eating disorders, substance use, and complex trauma While you may be experiencing shame in your life, I can promise you that I will work with you to change that narrative into one that honors your strengths.
My approach to counseling is one rooted in a true relationship with my clients. I have found that the best treatment is individualized and honors the qualities that makes people who they are. I believe there is power in honoring our stories so that we can experience the healing we deserve.

INDIVIDUAL AND CHILD THERAPIST
I feel stuck. I try to change and I just fall back into old habits. I feel lonely — even when I’m surrounded by people. I feel so ashamed, I don’t know if I can even talk about what’s really going on. I want to move forward but my past experiences get in the way. My relationships aren’t working. What’s wrong with me?”
I hear you. I believe that some of the most important growth of our lives happens when we are willing to explore these difficult inner experiences with compassion and look for the treasure
buried within. My approach is non-judgmental, empathetic, and practical. Most importantly, my approach is focused on you. With you in the driver’s seat, I will help you find your blind spots as well as your strengths. If you don’t know where to start or don’t think you have any strengths, we can work on that too.
I work with individuals who are grieving because someone important has died. I also work with those who are suffering due to a painful loss or transition regarding marriage, relationships, health, parenting, aging, career, financial stability, or other life-altering difficulties. For those who are recovering from trauma, I use a body-based approach to help you work through the trauma as safely as possible.
Whether this is your very first time in therapy or have experience working with a therapist, I know that making that first call to someone new can be a daunting task. I offer a free 15-minute
phone initial phone consultation for new clients. Shall we take that first step together?

I grew up in a military family and have lived in Colorado since I was a child. I had a longtime
career in the sciences before answering a lifelong call to psychotherapy. When I am not
working, you might find me tending my plot in the community garden or walking and talking with
the important people in my life.
I received my master’s degree in Counseling from the Regis University and am a Licensed
Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado. I work individually with adults and
children, ages 11+. I generally work in-person because I believe it provides the best possible
opportunity for us to connect and work together.
Additional Training/credentials:
Grief: Authorized provider of “Pathfinders”, a bereavement curriculum used by Judi's House, a Denver non-profit with a long history of providing support to bereaved children and families.
Trauma: Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1, Trauma Themes), a modality for working with trauma when
traditional talk therapy can be triggering.
